Demi Lovato is finally out of rehab and wasted no time hitting her local polling station to place her vote. In an Instagram post uploaded yesterday, Demi posted a pic of herself voting along with the caption:

"I am so grateful to be home in time to vote, one vote can make a difference, so make sure your voice is heard, now go out and #VOTE."

The post is Demi's first since July. She was sent to rehab following a drug overdose earlier this year According to reports, she has officially completed her three-month rehabilitation program and she looked fresh-faced and full of vitality in the new post.

In the pic, Demi kept it casual in black pants, a denim Balenciaga jacket and pearl studs.

"Glad to see you doing well Demi you are such a inspirational @ddlovato," a fan wrote.

"God bless you Demi, I cried for you when you fell, I am so proud of you and wish you the best stay strong!!!! God is amazing" typed another.

While another was not impressed with the superstar's blatant flouting of voting rules, writing "Whole up, ain't it illegal to take pictures... in a voting booth?"
