DaBaby Denies Allegation He Assaulted Vegas Driver

A driver from Las Vegas is claiming that rapper DaBaby assaulted him while working for the rapper back in November.

According to the driver's version of events, the rapper and his crew made several stops as the driver transported them around Vegas in his van when DaBaby wanted to smoke a joint, the driver told him he could not smoke in the vehicle.

He said that it was then that the rapper turned physical.

According to TMZ, there's now an active arrest warrant to bring in DaBaby for misdemeanor battery.

DaBaby hopped on social media to deny the allegations.

The driver says that the rapper and his friends started cursing him out and made threats. When they arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel, the driver told his passengers to pay him for his services. The rapper then allegedly punched him in the back of the head and said, "You ain't the boss."

A source told TMZ that the driver was told, "You're lucky you're not in my city because I would have killed you cracker motherf*cker." They grabbed their bags and a member of the crew added that they "would have left him (the driver) dead on the road."
