Court Rules To Give Joe Exotic's Zoo To Carole Baskin

Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness star Carole Baskin was just awarded Joe "Exotic" Maldonado-Passage's Tiger King Zoo -- after a legal battle which lasted years with Exotic finally came to a head.

Seven years back, Exotic was ordered to pay Baskin $1 million for copyright infringement.

A judge has given Jeff Lowe, the man that Exotic charges with stealing his beloved zoo from under his nose, just 120 to pack up and leave the land.

Lowe says he's looking for a new location.

"We have long anticipated that the judge would eventually undo the 2016 land transfer. We are thankful that he dragged out his decision this long and allowed us time to complete the new Tiger King Park in Thackerville Oklahoma, behind the World's largest casino," Lowe told TMZ.

He added, "Considering [Carole] spent approximately $2.5 million chasing her $1 million judgement, we congratulate her on her new acquisition of 16 acres in rural Oklahoma."

He also told the outlet that "The possibility of human remains being buried on this land should make her feel right at home," alluding to the rumors that Baskin murdered her second husband and fed him to the tigers or buried him on the land.
