Comedian Mo'Nique announced that she will be starting a residency at the SLS Hotel in Las Vegas in January 2019.

“Hey my loves. It's an UPROAR. Getting ready for my residency in Las Vegas at SLS hotel. Starting January 10, 2019,” she captioned the Instagram video. "Ohhhhh BABY let’s LAUGH OUT LOUD together. Love y’all 2 life!"

This is much-welcomed news for the actress who asked fans to boycott Netflix for alleged racial and gender bias earlier this year after Netflix offered her $500,000 for a comedy special compared to her fellow stand-up acts like Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, and Amy Schumer who have received millions for theirs.

“I couldn’t accept that low offer, because if I did … I couldn’t sleep at night. ... If I accepted $500,000, what does Tiffany Haddish have coming? If I accept that, what does the black female comedian have coming? Because what they’ll say is, ‘Mo’Nique accepted this and she’s got that.’ So what do they have coming?” she said at the time.

We know Las Vegas pays good coin. Congrats, Mo'Nique!
