More indication that Colin Kaepernick is unhappy about Jay-Z's deal with the NFL - his attorney, who has been speaking on his behalf, called Jay's deal "cold-blooded."

"This deal between Jay-Z and the NFL crosses the intellectual picket line," his attorney Mark Geragos told ABC News.

"I can confirm to you that the deal was already done prior to any conversation that [Kaepernick] had with Jay-Z and he certainly didn't have any conversations with the NFL," Geragos shared.

Jay has come under immense criticism from those around Kaepernick, including from his girlfriend, Nessa and his former teammate, Eric Reid.

"JAY-Z claimed to be a supporter of Colin," said Reid. "Wore his jersey. Told people not perform at the super bowl because of the treatment that the NFL did to Colin, and now he's going to be a part-owner. It's kind of despicable."

Jemele Hill also has expressed strong feelings about the partnership.
