    Chris Brown's daughter Royalty turned 2 this weekend, and her mama threw her a Frozen theme'd birthday party. We're told that Chris was INVITED to the event (in Houston), but that he declined to attend.

    Chris and his baby's moms have been having a lot of DRAMA recently, so it's best that he stay away from her.

    Besides, we're sure that Chris got birthday plans for his lil bae too!!
