Cardi B is preparing to defend spot as the top female rapper in the world. Fans flooded the Bodak Yellow singer's Instagram and Twitter with claims that a new female rapper, named Megan Thee Stallion, was coming for her spot.

But Cardi didn't seem bothered. She quickly fired a shot back at the new rapper Megan.

Here's what Cardi posted:

Cardi quickly deleted the post after people started calling out Bardi, for calling Megan a "hoe." Later Cardi denied that she ever posted anything about Megan, despite thousands of her fans re-tweet the screenshot from Cardi's Instagram.

Megan is a female rapper from Houston that released an EP, Tina Snow in June 2018. She signed to 300 Entertainment in November 2018, making her the first female rapper on the label.

Megan has been blowing up recently - because she's as beautiful as she is talented. She's recently been featured by Rolling Stone Magazine, and Billboard is claiming that she is at the "future" of female hip hop.

Cardi made the news yesterday too because according to New York Magazine she is preparing for her first feature film role. Per Deadline, Cardi B has joined the cast of Hustlers, the Constance Wu–Jennifer Lopez stripper saga from STX. Riverdale’s Lili Reinhart, Keke Palmer, Julia Stiles, and Mercedes Ruehl have also joined the cast. (Mette Towley and Trace Lysette are in talks to join, too.) Lorene Scafaria will write and direct the movie about an intrepid group of strippers who scam their Wall Street clients out of their cash.

Hustlers is based on a 2016 New York story written by Jessica Pressler. The shoot will begin on March 22 in New York, because where else?
