Candace Owens: Cops Who Killed Rayshard Brooks Deserve A 'Reward'

It appears that Candace Owens permanently resides in the Sunken Place, and has once again taken aim at another deceased Black man killed by a white cop -- this time Rayshard Brooks.

"Black Lives Matter supports criminals. #BLEXIT supports Police Officers," Owens. "We are working on building out a fund that will go live tomorrow for officers that are unjustly terminated."

In the past, funds for police who killed unarmed Black suspects turned into a huge windfall. Many times officers made more than their lifetime police salaries from the fund.

And some scholars have argued that setting up a fund, like the one that Candace is promoting, may serve as a "reward" for officers who kill unarmed Black people.

Brooks was killed by gunshot wounds to the back, which caused blood loss and organ injuries caused by two gunshot wounds at the hands of the police. Garrett Rolfe, the officer who shot Brooks, was fired on Saturday, while another officer-involved, Devin Bronsan, was placed on administrative leave.

According to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, police responded to the Wendy's following reports that a man was asleep in his vehicle in the drive-thru. The police then attempted to place him in handcuffs, a struggle ensued, and Brooks ran away. As he was running away, Officer Rolfe swapped his taser for a gun and shot him twice.

Most recently, Owens also slammed unarmed Black man, George Floyd who was recently killed by police -- citing his criminal history as a reason for her lack of sympathy.
