We're at the beginning of a brand new year, and Bravo has reportedly decided to do away with the huge housewife paychecks, and now housewives will not even be guaranteed episode features.

"Bravo has rolled out a new talent agreement which doesn't guarantee the ladies will be featured in every episode," an insider spilled to Radar Online. "No one is safe," noted the source. "They will no longer be giving huge contracts to the returning ladies."

Bravo recently let go of franchise OG's Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge. Tamra reportedly walked because instead of being offered her regular $900,000 to return to the show, the network offered her just $20,000 an episode.

"The ladies are uneasy about the new contracts and now they know they have to deliver the drama or risk not getting paid," the source explained to Radar.

The paycheck shake-up will reportedly affect all of the favorite shows including, Real Housewives of Orange County, Atlanta, New York City, New Jersey, and Beverly Hills.
