Kelly Rowland strutted her stuff yesterday in Los Angeles. She was leaving the gym, where we're told, she now sends at least ONE HOUR EVERY DAY.

But don't worry about her getting too muscular. Kelly does NOT use heavy weights. She's more focused on endurance than strength.

Kelly has trained her flat abs with Jeannette Jenkins, who is Queen Latifah's ex.
