A Black woman who identified herself as a “Reformed Republican,” is being accused of scamming Trump supporters out of $150K, by pretending to be a MAGA supporter.

The woman started the alleged finesse scheme by posting a photo of herself in a “Make America Great Again” hat and announcing she refused to hide any longer.

“I will not hide any longer,, [sic] the left has made us feel as if us black republicans [sic] should hide!! but not anymore!! #BlacksForTrump #WalkAway #maga”

Here's the post:

Then, she kicked off her alleged scam. The woman then tweeted this:

“thank [sic] you all so much for your overwhelming support. After seeing this tweet my parents cut me off and refuse to pay my university tuition. So if you can find it in your hearts to help, this young black Republican pay for school it would be appreciated.

She first claimed that her parents cut her off, after finding out that she was a Republican:

Then the woman showed what she claimed were text messages between her and her mother. The texts appeared to reveal that she was having difficulty finding a place to live and and other financial hardships, all while she's in school.

She posted a GoFundMe page, that quickly raised $150K, according to online sources.

Now many Republicans are claiming that the woman was "scamming" Trump supporters all along. They are circulating a tweet from the women, allegedly bragging about "scamming" Republicans out of their money.
