Birdman has been forced to lower the price of his Miami beachfront home as it is struggling to gain much interest from potential buyers.

According to TMZ, the beachfront mansion is located on the secluded Palm Island and the price has been reduced from $20 million to $15.5 million. It has been on and off the market since 2017 and Birdman is eager to get it sold.

The mansion is reportedly close to 20,000 square feet and features 10 bedrooms, guest suites, a private beach volleyball court, 2 wine cellars, a movie theater and a chef's kitchen with a pizza oven.

Another blow for Birdman who despite his engagement to Toni Braxton, was forced to release Lil Wayne from his contract. Just last week $15 foreclosure suit found several of his belongings locked away in a storage unit.

According to The Blast, a judge denied his request to retrieve the items which included his Drake, Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne platinum plaques, old stereo engineering equipment, a pool table, over 70 pairs of shoes, one box of sweatpants, one box of baby pants, 14 sweaters, BET Awards, MTV Awards and multiple BMI awards.
