Birdman is being sued for not paying his rent on a mansion in Bel-Air, California.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, Cycad Management is suing Birdman for breach of contract.
Cycad agreed to rent the property on a month-to-month basis at the rate of $33k a month. The mansion has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and is 7,509 sq. ft.
“Floor to ceiling windows allow plenty of light into a very spacious living area. This home has hosted many A-listers and celebrities who have all had raving reviews,” the description reads according to Radar Online. They say they agreed not to sign a contract and forgo any paperwork but then he stopped paying his rent for five months.

“At present, Defendants are very delinquent — nearly 5 months delinquent in rent — and also owe Plaintiff other monies for cleaning services rendered at the Rental Property at Defendant’s request,” the suit reads.
They are also asking him to pay an unpaid cleaning bill. In total, they are asking for $147,624 plus interest.
