Big Brother housemate Jackson Michie was arrested for "domestic assault" last year, according to documents found on the Tennessee government's website.

Jackson is currently living in the Big Brother house, and none of the other housemates are aware of his allegedly VIOLENT past.

The details of his arrest have not yet been fully released. But we were able to get the details. Last year, a man named "Jackson Michie" was involved in an incident which left him charged with 14 separate offenses. One of which is "domestic assault.”

Though not many details are known of Michie's arrest, the file sparked outrage from fans, both on Twitter and on Reddit. Reddit users claim Michie shared the details of his arrest to another houseguest, Kathryn Dunn, on the live feeds.

The one big concern to viewers, though, is how Michie was able to make it through the Big Brother casting process. Multiple users tweeted at the show's casting director, Robyn Kass, about the seeming lack of background check. Some said she should be fired.

And one of his former Big Brother housemates Kat, went on Live yesterday claiming that Jackson told her that he was "arrested for domestic violence.”

Big Brother is a a television reality game show based on an originally Dutch TV series of the same name created by producer John de Mol in 1997.

The series follows a diverse group of contestants, known as HouseGuests, who are living together in a custom-built home under constant surveillance. The HouseGuests are completely isolated from the outside world and can have no communication with those not in the house.

The contestants are competing for a $500,000 grand prize, with weekly competitions and evictions determining who will win the show.
