Former 'Baywatch' icon Pamela Anderson has slammed the U.K., calling then "America's B*tch" following the arrest of Wikileaks co-founder, Julian Assange.

Assange had sought refuge in the embassy seven years ago to avoid extradition to Sweden over a sexual assault case that has since been dropped. According to the BBC, The Met Police said he was arrested after Ecuador withdrew his asylum because of alleged repeated violations of “international conventions and protocol.”

Anderson vented on Twitter over the arrest of her close friend:

"I am in shock.. I couldn’t hear clearly what he said?He looks very bad.

How could you Equador ? (Because he exposed you). How could you UK. ? Of course - you are America’s b*tch and you need a diversion from your idiotic Brexit bullsh*t," she tweeted.

Anderson and Assange had become close after meeting through a mutual friend. She reportedly visited him several times during his stay at the Ecuadorian embassy in London.
