Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada has filed petition asking the court for restraining order against her castmate, OG Chijindu - but was denied by the judge.

According to The Blast, sources close to Evelyn told them that she is concerned about OG's "mental state."

During this past season, Evelyn has been accused by fans of being racist after making several allegedly racially-charged comments on social media about her cast mates. After OG called her out for her apparent racism, Evelyn filed a lawsuit against her. But OG's fate on Basketball Wives was doomed from the beginning. She didn't quite keep up with the other high maintenance ladies and refused to conform- making her an easy target.

But the judge was not here for Evelyn's shenanigans. According to the judge,  the matter is more appropriately handled through the lawsuit Evelyn already filed. against OG for defamation.

Basketball Wives has been rocked by negativity lately as even one of the show's longest-running members, Tami Roman - quit.

"Over the course of my time with this group of ladies, it has definitely shaped me into who I am today. We have laughed, we have cried … they have supported me in my endeavors and I have supported them. I have been at the forefront of some of the most bs moments in history. I wanna do better because I know to do better. It's been nine years. It's been a good run. Is this the end of Basketball Wives for Tami? Yeah, yeah, it is," she said during her last confessional.
