Real Housewives of Atlanta star Eva Marcille's babys father Kevin McCall was arrested yesterday, and charged with domestic violence for allegedly beating up his current girlfriend. In the past Eva claimed that Kevin used to beat her.

Kevin was arrested on charges of domestic abuse and one felony count of injuring a spouse or cohabitant, according to documents. He's been booked at the Compton Courthouse in Los Angeles.

The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on January 14, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. His bail is set at $75,000 and his arraignment was scheduled for yesterday.

Kevin McCall was a promising young R&B singer, associated with some of the most influential artists in the music industry. He collaborated with Chris Brown, Big Sean, Tank, Trae Tha Truth, Keke Palmer, Tyga, Gucci Mane, J. Valentine, Joe Jonas, and Justin Bieber.

Six years ago, Kevin began dating Eva Marcille and after the two had a daughter together, many thought that this was the making of a Hollywood power couple.

But shortly after their daughter was born, Kevin's life seemed to spiral out of control.

He had public arguments with artists on social media, including his well-publicized beef with Chris Brown.

His relationship with Eva quickly fizzled out and she claims that he became violent and she eventually got a restraining order against him and denied the singer of his parental rights.
