Aoki Lee Simmons revealed that she has been accepted into Harvard at just 16 years of age.

"I'm only 16 and I’m going to Harvard baby! Insert emotional crying face. @kimoraleesimmons “thank god you got in on your own honey cause you can’t row” 😂😂😂 thank you so much to every single person who helped me along the way. I am excited and honored and so so grateful. 👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓 #harvard2023" she posted on Instagram along with a video.

As she read the acceptance email, her mother, brother and step-father cheered her on.

Great news for Aoki who was having a hard time at her high school. She claimed that the school did nothing about students using racist language in the classroom.

"So, this particular kid, I swear, all day long... He is white and he cannot stop saying the N-word. It's like his favorite thing to say. He just cannot stop. I don't even use it like that and he just loves to use it and see how far he can push it, and see how many people he can offend, and all his friends don't care... They all think that they are nice good people as friends, but they don't stop him," she said via her Instagram live a few weeks back.

We bet she's glad to be moving on.

Congratulations, Aoki!
