Angela Simmons claimed that her deceased baby's father Sutton Tennyson abused her, according to court documents that have been leaked.

This weekend, the “Growing Up Hip Hop” stars ex-fiance, Sutton Tennyson, was killed in Atlanta. Police are still investigating the incident, and according to reports, they have suspects in custody.

Reports broke yesterday saying that:

The Atlanta Police Department tells Entertainment Tonight that officers responded to a call of shots fired in the neighborhood where they discovered a deceased 37-year-old African American man. In their statement, APD says their preliminary information points to a discussion between the victim and another unnamed man. The conversation got heated and the victim was shot multiple times. The aforementioned other male sped away in a car.

But now a new report has just been leaked suggesting that Angela may have been physically abused by her ex.

Angela and Sutton were in the midst of a bitter breakup, and a nasty custody battle. And Angela reportedly claimed that Sutton put hands on her. Rev Run's daughter went to court, and got a restraining order against him.

Here's what Page Six is reporting:

[Angela] received temporary custody of Sutton Jr. in July after filing for an order of protection against Tennyson in December 2017, the source said. Simmons had made domestic violence claims against Tennyson in December when the couple split, the source said.

And this isn't the first time that a girlfriend claimed that Sutton was an abuser. In 2016, Sutton received a 12 month restraining order after his ex-girlfriend accused him of “family violence."
