Andy Cohen threw massive shade at Kim Kardashain last night, as Kim and sisters Khloe and Kourtney all appeared on Watch What's Happening Live.

It all started when a caller asked Kim what she thinks about other women getting surgery to look like her.

As soon as he heard the question, you could see Andy start to smile uncontrollably, with a sinister smile. Then Andy started sipping from his cup of tea, and this is how it went next:

Andy: Why? Has Kim K had the most plastic surgery? (Andy sips tea)
(Kim's facial expression looks uncomfortable)
Kim: No, not me.
Khloe interrupts

Khloe: Nooo, no, people want to look like her

Andy: Ohh, ok ok. (Sips more tea)
(Kourtney is laughing, probably because she knows it's true.

Andy Cohen's “WWHL” debuted in 2009 and is now in its fifteenth season. Airing live Sundays through Thursdays at 11:00 p.m. and its ratings have exploded this season.

WWHL is now the highest rated late night talk show on cable.

But on the other side of the coin, a report from November 2018 said that, the ultra-full pouts and extreme hourglass figures popularized by Kardashian culture appear to be falling out of favor—even among the sisters themselves: Over the summer, Kylie removed her lip injections (update: she’s now back at it); more recently, fans called out Kim for Photoshopping her butt to look smaller than its signature size.

And while the decision to change one’s body is highly nuanced, the masses, like A-listers, are also scaling back on aesthetic alterations: Although in 2017, there were 10 percent more “Brazilian Butt Lifts” (i.e., augmentation that involves removing fat from one part of the body and injecting it into the rear) than the previous year, butt implants were 56 percent less popular in 2017 compared to 2016, according to the 2017 Plastic Surgery Statistics Report compiled by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
