63-year-old Marrying Millions star Bill Hutchinson was arrested on Tuesday and charged with the sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl at his Dallas home, MTO News has confirmed. Police are claiming that they locates a video of another minor accusing Bill of similar behavior at his residence in California.
Bill was booked into the Highland Park jail near Dallas, Texas on Tuesday, July 6. He was charged with a second-degree felony. (17 is the age of consent in Texas.)
According to the affidavit obtained MTO News, a 17 year old high school student moved in with Bill and his 23-year-old fiancée Brianna Ramirez in March of this year “so she could finish her junior year of school at the local high school as her family moved to another area of the state.” Also living in the home were Bill’s “13-year-old biological son, a 16-year-old daughter of his ex-wife, and another 17-year-old female who witnesses claimed Hutchinson has legal guardianship of.”
The 17 year old girl claims Hutchinson “inappropriately” touched her while she was in her bedroom, including “massages, touching of her breast and nipples.”
The alleged victim claimed to police that Hutchinson also “digitally penetrated her vagina with his finger without her consent” when she was intoxicated and had fallen asleep on the couch.
She claimed she was “frozen with fear and [Hutchinson] only stopped when he noticed blood on his finger,” the affidavit states.
In addition to the details about the alleged assault, the young woman also told police that Bill provided alcohol and allowed marijuana usage for the young people living in the home.
