A male adult film star has allegedly tested positive for HIV.  The adult film world has been rocked, with a scandal - a male performer has tested positive for HIV. No one knows for certain who the star is, but a Spanish newspaper just published a shocking allegation.

Spanish newspaper El Nacional Catalan, a newspaper in Barcelona, claims the actor is popular adult film star Nacho Vidal. Nacho is speaking out though, and saying he is not infected.

As a result of the alleged positive test, the European adult industry has been temporarily shutdown. But it's not just European stars that are at risk, after the star was allegedly diagnosed with the deadly disease.

The paper claims that all X-rated film production has been halted for the next month. When an adult film actor or actress becomes infected with a sexually transmitted disease, the EU laws force an industry wide shutdown.

Now, all porn performers, even those who have not worked with the actor, will undergo new medical tests to check for any STIs.

El Nacional is reporting that the actor is Nach Vidal and that the test was carried out by the best clinic in Barcelona.

Here's what they reported:

Asked for comment by a reporter from El Nacional's En Blau, he replied: "I don't know where you've got the info but it's in very bad taste. I won't say anything, thanks." We've been able to speak with a number of industry sources who confirm that the news is recent and that Spain's Social Security service is applying its normal procedure in such cases and calling his recent sexual partners to give them appointments to be tested themselves.

Both Nacho and his mother have since come out to deny the allegations.
