Broner was arrested and charged with gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony, misdemeanor sexual imposition and abduction, a third-degree felony, in connection with the incident.

He pleaded guilty to assault and unlawful restraint, both misdemeanor charges and has been placed on probation.
