Boxing star Adrien Broner has been cleared of charges in a sexual battery case.

The case against him was dropped after prosecutors cited that there was a lack of evidence against Broner.

Browner was initially arrested back in Feb. 2018 after a woman alleged that he “private parts” without consent while they were outside of a Louis Vuitton store at an Atlanta mall. 

The complaint was filed against him by Kaila Crews, and stated that "at no point had the Plaintiff given [Broner] permission to touch any part of her body." 

Broner's next fight is next month where he takes on Jessie Vargas at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

Last June, was later arrested and charged with felony gross sexual imposition and felony abduction where he as accused by a woman of forcing himself on her and kissing her repeatedly at a Cleveland nightclub.

Broner faces a maximum of five years in prison for these charges.
