Actress Megan Good revealed yesterday on the TOP rated Wendy Williams talk show, that she recently underwent an eyebrow transplant.
Meagan explained her eyebrow situation to Wendy in detail, in front of the studio audience.
According the the beautiful actress, back in the 90s she tweezed her brows to make then pencil thin because "that was the trend".
Later on, Megan explained that she got electrolysis to remove her brows completely. She then had new brows tattooed on. Megan claims that was also the trend at the time.
When the trend changed, and thin brows fell out of fashion, Megan turned to microblading, to fill in her brows. Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo technique used to create the illusion of fuller brows.
Finally, last year, Megan got an eyebrow transplant - where hair was harvested from her "kitchen" area and transferred to her eyebrows.
Now Megan is happy with her new brows. There are side effects to the procedure, however. For example, now her brows grow as thick as hair from the back of your head and as a result she has to trim them regularly.
Here's whats she used to look like:
In 2003, a major year for Good, she landed roles in the action-drama Biker Boyz and the romantic-comedy Deliver Us from Eva, which helped her transition from child to adult actress. She also appeared as the character Vanessa for five episodes during the third season of My Wife and Kids, before being replaced by Brooklyn Sudano for unknown reasons. In 2004, Good starred alongside Jordana Brewster, Sara Foster, and Jill Ritchie in the action film D.E.B.S., and received a Best Actress nomination at the 2005 Black Movie Awards. She also had small roles in The Cookout, Lance "Un" Rivera's directorial debut, and the teen dance film You Got Served.
