Jennifer Lopez, 49, showcased her fabulous figure yesterday - as she slipped out of the gym after a workout.
The ageless entertainer showed off toned abs in a crop top and leggings that hugged her signature curves.
Jennifer recently spilled some of her health secrets to magazines - and she has a pretty amazing regiment. According to J Lo, she stays young and beautiful by having a strict diet and exercise routine.
But before any other diet or health rules she lives by, J Lo's number one rule has always been to keep well hydrated.
"Drinking plenty of water, especially before a workout, can help you push harder and get more out of your exercise routine," she told Hello!.
And as far as diet, J Lo does not drink alcohol or any caffeinated drink. She also does not eat any sugar, or foods containing sugar. The Latina bombshell only eats 3 small meals a day.
And J Lo exercises 5 days a week, for a minimum of 1 hour each day.
Sounds like a lot of work - but here are the results:
According to reports in addition to her caffeine-free, alcohol-free, high-protein diet, J.Lo stays fit and ageless with variety and dedication to her workout routine.
Here's everything we know about how she exercises:
She hits the gym as soon as she wakes up.
"I don't like doing it later," Lopez told Us Weekly. "It's harder to get there when I have my day going already."
The "Shades of Blue" actress also revealed that she works out only "three or four times a week."
She also makes working out a social activity.
J.Lo's current boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, a former baseball player for the New York Yankees, told People that they love to exercise together.
These workouts include lifting weights, going on bike rides, taking Pilates classes, and strength-training.
