R&B singer Mya is one of the few entertainers that never had any plastic surgery - not on her face, or on her body.

A few days ago the paparazzi caught up with the 40 year old beauty, as she was wading in the water in Barbados. And she looked great, naturally.

According to TMZ, singers Mya and TLC’s Chilli, along with rapper Lil’ Kim were spotted on a beach in Barbados for a photo shoot. The news site was informed that the three women are working on a new project called, Girls Crew.

Barbados is just the first of many stops for the filming of the show. The Hip-Hop stars are set to head off to other Caribbean islands to shoot.

Mya and Lil’ Kim are no strangers to collaborating with one another. Back in the early 2000s the artists, along with artists Christina Aguilera, Pink and Missy Elliott received much success of their rendition of “Lady Marmalade” originally sung by soul-singer Patti LaBelle back in the 70s.

Mya, real name Mya Harrison, is an American singer, songwriter, producer, and actress. Born into a musical family, she signed with Interscope Records in 1998 and released her eponymous debut album the same year.

The album was a critical and commercial success and produced her first top ten single "It's All About Me." Subsequent singles, "Ghetto Supastar (That Is What You Are)" and "Take Me There" attained chart success worldwide, with the former garnering her first Grammy nomination. Fear of Flying, her sophomore album, was released in 2000 and became a worldwide success, boosted by the success of its singles "Case of the Ex" and "Free."

In 2002, Harrison won a Grammy Award in the category for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals for her rendition of Labelle's 1975 hit "Lady Marmalade" alongside with Pink, Christina Aguilera and Lil' Kim.
