1990s singer Michel'le appeared for a concert yesterday and was categorically unable to perform, as the singer seemed either drunk or high on some kind of narcotic, MTO News has learned.

Michel'le rambled incoherently to concert attendees, laid down on the stage, and staggered on stage. And if that wasn't enough - she was unable to sing her own songs!

At times her bodyguard tried helping her by redirecting her and helping her up when she laid on the stage, but Michel'le was too twisted to pull herself together.

Shortly thereafter, video of the performance surfaced online and folks on Twitter quickly reacted saying the singer was "acting high" and "moving around the stage like a crackhead."

She also had what many called the "crackhead twitch" - which is when a person moves in a twitchy manner.

You have to see the video to believe it:

Michel'le is an R&B singer-songwriter and rapper. She is best known for her songs from the late 1980s to early 1990s. Her most notable songs were two Billboard R&B chart toppers "No More Lies" (a top 10 hit on the Hot 100) and "Something in My Heart". Between 2013 and 2015,

Michel'le was one of six members on the TV One reality show R&B Divas: Los Angeles. In 2016, she was the subject of the biopic Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel'le.
